Tickbox — Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 14, 2026.
Tickbox does not require a dinminus account. Your tasks are stored on your device, and may sync through your personal iCloud account when iCloud is enabled for the app.
Data stored by the app
Tasks. Task titles, notes, completion state, section, order, and optional dates are stored locally. Widgets may keep a local copy so they can show and update your tasks.
Preferences. App settings such as language may be stored locally.
Install information. Tickbox may store the first installed app version, build number, and first recorded timestamp locally and in Apple iCloud Key-Value Storage. This is used for app compatibility or future entitlement decisions. It is not sent to dinminus servers.
iCloud
When iCloud is enabled, Apple handles synced Tickbox data under Apple’s iCloud terms and privacy policy. dinminus does not operate task-sync servers for Tickbox.
What we do not do
We do not sell your task data, use your tasks for advertising, or include third-party analytics SDKs in Tickbox.
Crash or diagnostic data
Apple may provide crash logs, diagnostics, or App Store analytics when you choose to share them with developers or through Apple’s platform. That information is handled by Apple and surfaced to developers in aggregate or diagnostic tools.
Deleting data
You can delete tasks inside the app. You can also remove local app data by deleting the app. Data synced through iCloud may remain in your iCloud account according to Apple’s iCloud behavior and your device settings.
Changes
If Tickbox changes how it stores or processes information, this policy may be updated. The App Store listing describes privacy details for each published version.
